Hope for Disabilities

Fulfilling unmet needs in the disability community

For Hawaii Helps Disabilities, the right for disabled people to choose and to make choices in life must be *inviolable. Disabled people want to freely enjoy their most fundamental rights and to live independently in the community. Persons with disabilities should be able to enjoy good quality services that make it possible for them, in the long run, to fully exercise their citizenship, their right to dignity and enable them to participate in society.

*inviolable
in·vi·o·la·ble - never to be broken, infringed, or dishonored
