Elderly and Disabled

Often times, we hear about the, "disabled" OR the, "elderly", but seldom do we hear about the, "elderly disabled".  Back when people were being diagnosed with things like Polio for example, doctors did not give a promising prognosis to parents of these children.  Now, you hear about people who are, "older" who have diagnosis' such as Cerebral Palsy and Spina Bifida, and it is not as uncommon and not as surprising as it might have  been maybe 50-60 years ago.   Some doctors...
