HOPE 4 Disabilities (H4D) is a growing association of people who live in the State of Hawaii that possesses Different Abilities (DA, which means the same as Disability), their family members, care givers, advocates, and professionals fighting for a society in which inclusion of all people in all aspects of society is the norm.
